- It is preferable to consume a very light meal on that day and stop eating at least 3 hours before the session.
\n- Avoid consuming alcohol and substances for more than 24 hours before the session and during the following week.
\n- Ensure that you will not be disturbed for 2 hours and be in a quiet and isolated location.
\n- Have a good internet connection.
\n- Download the Zoom video conferencing application and create an account well before the session on your laptop\/tablet or phone.
\n- Have a good audio system for an optimal experience. For the best sound quality during your session, use wireless headphones connected to the Zoom application or a Bluetooth speaker (recommended).
\n- Have a yoga mat or blanket on the floor to lie down on a flat surface.
\n- Wear loose and comfortable clothing.

These recommendations allow for the best possible experience during an online InnerDance session.
